All HCSD Cafeterias Receive "A" Rating

(January 7, 2026) – We are proud to announce that all 24 school cafeterias in HCSD received an “A” rating from the Mississippi Department of Health.
 
This outstanding achievement reflects the hard work and dedication of our HCSD Child Nutrition team members, administrators, and school employees who prioritize cleanliness, safety, and the well-being of our students and staff. HCSD hires and trains hundreds of staff members every year to produce over three million meals for our students and faculty.
