Our Lizana Elementary Student-led transition team is dedicated to making military students feel welcome and have all the support they need.

A member of our Student-led Transition Team will do the following:

1. Meet with the student
2. Give students a tour around campus
3. Check in weekly
4. Set students up with a peer mentor

We are so happy to have you join our family!

• Make sure to let us know you are Active Duty when registering at our school.
• Our Military Point of Contact will be intouch to meet any of your needs.
• Our administrators and teachers are always glad to meet with you to ensure your student is set up for success.
• Our MFLAC (military and family life counselor will be in contact.
• Join our PTO to meet some great parents and to assist with events.
• Our student-led transition team can offer a student-led tour of Lizana Elementary.

Lizana Elementary will honor Military families on April 11, 2025 as we host “Purple Up Day” where students and staff wear purple to support our military families.
